Luggage Charges

The same luggage allowance applies to airport trips and transfers between hotels, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and other accommodations:

• 1 piece of luggage + 1 backpack or handbag per passenger is included
• Personal items (attaché cases, laptop bags) and mobility aids are never charged
Excess luggage fee: US$3 per additional piece

Trunk Usage

• For trips other than airport or hotel-to-hotel transfers, use of the trunk may incur a flat charge
• Personal items and mobility aids are never charged
General trunk use: US$3 flat fee, not per item (e.g., grocery store to hotel)
• This charge does not apply to luggage

Waiting Time Charges

• Waiting time may be charged when a driver waits at a passenger's request
• Includes errands, shopping stops, or multiple short stops

• Any found items will be reported and delivered to DTP or the nearest police station

• This includes wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and similar mobility devices

Shared Rides to Same Destination

• Passengers traveling together as one group are charged a single fare

• If multiple passengers who are not part of the same group are transported to the same destination (maximum 7 total), the official fare is divided among the passengers under published guidance

Fare Transparency

• Passengers have the right to view the official fares before accepting the ride

Regulatory Compliance

• Licensed taxi operations are subject to DTP regulations
